Mary Lou led the Board of Directors and Executive of The Gordon and Marion Smith Foundation for Young Artists on an invigorating journey which helped to clarify not only our path moving forward, but our roots, core purposes and overarching vision. Mary Lou was insightful, respectful and inspired us to fully commit to the process of conceptualizing a truly great future for our organization and creating the necessary structure to achieve our new goals.
